No matter where I am my data seldom works. Please tell me why this is.  I paid for it

Any suggestions when travelling to Mexico using public mobile as provider.  I am from Ontario.  Just noticed Public Mobile doesn't  have a plan for Mexico.  I should say doesn't have an add on for Mexico

How do I print out my 2023 income tax receipt or where do I find it
