I purchased an eSIM for European data through Ubigi. I can’t activate it. Is this an issue due to my Public Mobile carrier or user error? I have had a Public Mobile account for about 5 years. Please respond asap I’m travelling today.
I was trying to activate the eSIM while in Canada but I had to wait until I arrived in Europe to complete the activation. All is working well. I’m thrilled that eSim is now an option with Public Mobile. Thanks for the support!
