Hi! I'm just new to public mobile. Don't have sim card in phone yet. But with my phone plan, I have chosen no data. Can a data block be put on my phone so that I can easily send and receive text pictures/videos? Thanks

Hi!. Tried to click on change number. The only option it gives is to check eligibility of the number you wish to change. It refuses to accept the number I'd like to change.Can you help me? Where else do I give the pertinent information?
