I ported my number from Virgin Mobile last Thursday.  Everything is good except l can't send or receive texts.  I have submitted several tickets and PM's during this time. None of which have been responded to. This is beyond ridiculous.  Can someone ...

I submitted a ticket and a pm yesterday and have yet to hear back from customer support.  Getting worried.
