Wow, when did this change happen? I was just in my account trying to switch to one of the boxing week plans as well and it's not an option for me. It seems crazy to prevent existing customers from taking advantage of all of the new plans.

@Man1883 Did you ever get an update or fix for this? It's happening to me as well. The IP that the data goes through resolves to Quebec blocking youtube kids. I don't think it's reasonable to have to use a VPN service all the time for this situation.
