Thanks for your reply. I’ve restarted the phone snd re-installed the app multiple times. Yes, I understand that I need to use the app to install the eSIM, but, yeah.. See the above 

Untrue. Emails are not sent

Also, no email was sent for eSIM info. I’m stuck with PM account that I cannot use on new phone
