So both my wife and I are experiencing network connection issues. Our plans renew today but it's saying neither of us have a subscription, yet it shows that it's active and there's MORE than enough money in our accounts. Banking info wasn't changed, ...
My phone subscription shows that it's been paid and is active but it's saying otherwise when I make calls and won't let me use data. I work from my phone so I need this resolved ASAP
