Please activate my account while using the balance on the account and reactivate my account!!!!!!
My account is topped up, it has available balance(more than enough to pay my bill). But my account expired despite it saying it was active hours before it expired. Why won't it activate? How do I activate it when it was active before it went inactive...
I got a data only plan. When i send messages through data apps (slack/whatsapp) I receive a text message from Public Mobile saying my plan doesn't include texts - repeatedly, as in everytime i send a message on whatsapp or slack.How do i end this???
