Try setting the APN field: sp.mb.com to SP.MB.COM.This worked for me. I have the same phone.

One thing CS told me to try was to use all CAPs for the APN.SP.MB.COMIt worked for me after porting over from Koodo. I also have the OnePlus 7 PRO
