I received this same offer . I accepted it thinker I wouldn’t lose my rewards. I just received an email stating that my new plan starts this month and that I would lose my past rewards and get 5 points for signing up .I was am not happy about it cons...
I wasn’t sure because further back in the same text there were other offers I didn’t accept so I was wondering if I reply yes again will they take the latest one they offered.
