This fall I will be travelling from the west coast across Canada and back.  Will I need to pay for roaming when I am outside the immediate area where I live?

I am currently subscribed to a public mobile 3G plan and later in the year will be travelling to the US. I understand that in the US they are shutting down 3G networks. So in order to roam with public mobile in the states, before I go will I have to ...
