The Samsung S10 is VoLTE compatible but, apparently, Public Mobile refuses to white list it for VoLTE. How can we twist their arm so they do it, so the phone continues to work on their network after shutdown of the 3G network?

Can an LTE phone (Samsung S10) be used with a Public 5G  plan?  I understands it won't use 5G speeds an features, but will it work at all?
