I am in Saudi Arabia. I need to manually reply to the porting request as YES in order to port my number to other network and it needs to be done urgently as they mentioned that porting request is only valid for limited time. I guess 60-90 minutes.
I already spoke with the other service provider. They mentioned that an sms is sent to my phone but I can't access this SMS to send a reply for porting request as "YES".
