Where and how I can file the complain ?thanks 

If you use PM home page its 2 diffrent but if you use the app it will be the same or at least that what I realised  

They are the same if you use their app 

The new reward program is a cheat way to raise the bill and acting innocent and say , you can save , I will pay now double what I did before , the data give its worthless since I already have more than enough especially  it limited  time , disappoint...
