In such cases, when the customer searches the forum for "porting number not working" for example, they will find helpful threads that give advice and a link to contact moderators. In fact I did just that when I signed up recently!
I don't think they will implement this, as the whole idea of the community forum is for the customers to help each other. The reason we can get good deals on our phone plans is that they don't have to have an enourmous staff to take care of us all! ...
Send a private message to the @Moderator_Team make sure you include your account number, phone number, and describe your problem. They should be able to sort you out!
