Im on the old 10$ a month , there is only a text message line indicating ive used 15/50 outgoing texts50 International Outgoing Texts and Unlimited Incoming Texts 15 / 50 Unitwhere can I find a summary of minutes used in a pay period?

So When I leave my Wifi Area LTE is coming on , I have no data plan active and paid for talk and text unlimited including picture messenging. There is no way I can pull data and be charged with it?
