How can I get in contact with the porting team?

Rogers say my account  with them is still active. After I followed all the prompts when signing up on Dec 30th. 

Having issues porting my no# from Rogers to Public mobile.  Rogers say, My account is still active on their end. I can call and text out. But can't receive anything
