I'm not able to make any calls after I transferred my phone number from Freedom to Public Mobile. Everything is working fine except I can't call anyone. Can I get help on this?
I tried the above and I'm still not able to make any calls. I'm using an eSIM card from Public Mobile. My old SIM is from Freedom and they have deactivated my account. I clicked on the link to open a ticket with support and the link didn't work.
