I sent them a message. When will they reply? 

I tried the above and I'm still not able to make any calls. I'm using an eSIM card from Public Mobile. My old SIM is from Freedom and they have deactivated my account. I clicked on the link to open a ticket with support and the link didn't work.

I'm using an eSIM card from Public Mobile. My old SIM is from Freedom and they disconnected my account. I believe I took out my old SIM card too quickly. 

I'm using a e PM SIM card and yes I can't make any calls. It can receive calls but it says No Caller ID for incoming calls. My data works.  

I rebooted the phone. Incoming calls work.
