I am trying to log into my PM account, but it sends the verification code to the lost phone. The only other option is to call the lost phone number. How do I access the account if the phone is lost?
Ok, this worked. So if anyone is only getting the "Send Text" or "Send Voicemail" options, you can try this:Reset the account password. You will then have to log into your account again and it will ask you for a code (again only via text or voicemail...
Apparently "Find My Phone" only works if it was setup on the phone before it was lost... which unfortunately was not done, so no luck there. Thanks for the suggestion.
