Freedom submitted the request to Public with all of my correct info: PM account #, PM phone#, PM full name. But Public Mobile still responded to Freedom with the same error message about number not found.
Yes, my Public Mobile SIM is active, and I am currently using it. Freedom Mobile agents tried TWICE already to send PM the port-out request, but they got the same error. PM says my number isn't found. Freedom has all the correct info.
My Public Mobile account IS active. But when Freedom Mobile sends the port out request, Public Mobile replies with an error saying that they cannot find my number.
