I have a Samung A34, which should be esim eligible, but I am only given the option to purchase a physical sim charge when I try to sign up for a plan. I entered the IEMI and a red error shows up.Any thoughts?

I can do that but the Esim shows up with an error. It says it's not available. I can click the 'use Esim' anyway but I don't want to purchase a plan if I'm not sure it will work. I want it to be confirmed that it will work.
Yes. I tried the app and the website. I am not given the option to use an Esim in step three of subscribing on the app. I am only given three different ways to purchase a physical sim. Frustrating.Thanks
