Multiple Charges on CC for first month

I have been trying to submit a ticket but it is not working. The system keeps sending me in circles.I was charged 3x for my first month (no extra credit for it on my account for future months). How do I get this sorted out ASAP?

Thanks for the reply! I can check on my account if they are pending or actually charged - these are not pending but have actually been charged.
