I use an iPhone 12 mini and I’m not able to use data for any apps. Also can’t text. Everything works fine on wifi. I’ve restarted the phone checked settings. Everything seems ok. Can anyone suggest a fix?

I tried calling within Canada but got a message that says I’m out of time. I have nation wide calling on my plan.
