everymonth it is the same issue with billing and service interruptions. this is getting to be ridicules. i have the right amount of money on file, why does the payment never seem to be processed. this company is crap
I need some help. I have been trying to update my payment method because I lost my old card and have recieved a new one. It will not let me update do I can reactivate service. I cannot submit a ticket keep getting oops message.
