I moved to PM from koodo prepaid yesterday, activated using temporary number to start with. Then submitted koodo prepaid number transfer form and also sent message to cs_agent but no one is replying.Can someone suggest me on this?
It’s been more than a day My Koodo plan will be renewing today night so that’s my main concern, would have to pay for another month. Any luck I can cancel PM service and get refund since porting process wasn’t completed in timely manner.
