Check a few hours later or tomorrow.  The network was overloaded all afternoon/evening today. 

This is just because PM rolled out today a new Black Friday plan of 40GB 5G data for $34.  Everyone is rushing to switch to this plan since they don't know if it's just a one-day promotion. Poor planning on PM's part.  They should have clearly stated...

Mark my words. You can count on PM offering this 40GB 5G plan for a couple of days until Cyber Monday. 

I am able to change my subscription plan online just now.  You may want to give it another try. 

I signed up last Saturday and the $10 showed up on my account on Monday.
