i have difficulty in activating the sim because i cannot download d public mobile app...in browser i always stuck in payment..and i was charged 2x for the subscriotion i choose..next step wont show up@Agent

it says not available in my phone...already change the region and country but still cannot download the app

i already use the web, made d payment but the nxt step wont show up...wen signing again, it will go back to payment again..thats why i was charge 2x
