Can't seem to find the volte settings on my phone.

I ordered a plan with an eSim without realizing canadian s20+ don't support it.Is it possible to get a physical sim?Trying to open a ticket on the app just bugs out.

What's the point of the of the site telling me it's volte compatible then? Where is the definitive Whitelist?
