It appears that you can only request credit application to your account when they accumulate to $15 or more. This is a terrible system! Definitely not happy and will likely move away from PM.
Also agree. Rather than having credits applied to monthly bill automatically , now you have to monitor account details and request cumulative credits to be applied. Looks like I will have to search elsewhere to avoid this new mess.
