Have had this account since spring, and signed up for auto pay at activation. Payments have been going through fine... now all of a sudden it's not subscribed and nothing is working. Nov 2 payment also processed. Any thoughts? @moderators
Thanks! It’s actually my sons phone that I set up for him with my CC I’ll screenshot shot this suggestion to him, he’ll see it when he gets some wifi.
Settings- connections- data usage- billing cycle and data warning- data warning-It will open to allow you to set what you want. When I had 10GB, I set mine to 5GB, it’s your preference
