That would be easy enough but the two factor authentication sends the code to the lost phone 路♀️ I can’t even get in to add a new SIM card

What was the resolution because I can’t make calls and can’t contact a tech

I cannot even contact support, cannot submit a ticket it gives an error- so now I can’t make calls from my phone which I pay for I guess I am dumping this service if CRTC can’t fix the issue
