Hey, I am trying to switch my plan to a 5G plan for $40 / month but the plan disappears when I am logged in a under manage subscription and only shows up when I am not logged in. How can I get the missing plans to populate when logged in?

Yeah, just tried and it did not work. I'll try putting in a ticket.
