My plan is $16.95/ month total and preauthorized payment. I had $30.00 total points worth in account but only $15.00/ month can be used each bill. How can I pay the $1.95 balance?
Received Notice in account that my subscription expired and asked to renew and pay. I checked my credit card payment record , all payments made on time and up to date including October 2023 .
