I recently purchased ESim and ported my number from another provider. They had some problems with the port and need another request sent to themit has been almost a week now with no phone- also I don’t have original sim anymoreplease helpthxdianne
I activated phone as per instructions. I received an error- that said contact customer service- 2 days ago!!so I paid for ESim that doesn’t work - now what??
