I got a reply today that my esim has been activated! Haven’t ported my number over yet but hopefully it works. Glad it worked out for you!

I’ve already been messaging with them the whole day but it seems they don’t know either  

But I can’t complete it on the app because it’s stuck on the error page. It won’t let me go back and try again. I tried logging out and deleting the app, it’s just stuck on that page. I’ll check my DMs, thanks. 

Hmm I guess there is a way to fix it then. I’ll have to message again and hopefully someone who knows will answer 爛 

They replied to me and said I need to buy a physical SIM card, not sure why. I said I want an eSIM, they said to try but I’m like how? The app and website both aren’t working. Please let me know if they find a solution on your end.
