Over the last hour I've been receiving "No mobile data service - temporarily turned off by your carrier" notifications. Is the an ongoing service outage?

I did all those things before posting. The phone was working fine this morning. I've used less than 10% of my data allowance and the phone has been rebooted several times.Is there an outage of network in BC?
