I have created account, changed my 2fa number on file but it still asks me to complete 2fa for full access and the number is not mine. Has anyone else had this issue?
Ah thats fair, it has just been such a headache to get into my account. the number on file is correct but 2fa is a random number and all I want is access so I can disable autopay because I am not sure if I want to continue to use this provider.
