Hi! I’m trying to transfer my Fizz phone number to PM, but I never received the text from Fizz. However, everything seems to be working fine with PM. What should I do? Thanks!

Called 611 and was offered different options, but never told about activation.cc @CS_Agent

My Fizz SIM is still in my phone. I’m able to call with Fizz, but not use the data.
