HelloCan I use the free 15 days 5G promo if I already have an active 3G plan?

I have a Samsung phone which has a pm physical sim card and a Samsung watch LTE which supports esim. Is it possible to have both working at the same time?Or do I need to purchase another sim card (a new number)?
