Cannot Text Internationally to USA with $25 Monthly Plan - Problem Solved

Found the problem by taking advice from responders. Deleted the +1 in front of the number and it works fine

Took the +1 away in front of the actual number. A friend had the same problem texting her sister who live out of town.

I can't text another US number. My Phone is a Moto 5 Pure, not sure what he has.
