I transferred my service and number to another provider. I went back to my PM profile to delete my payment data but I can no longer access it. I did turn off my subscription renewal prior to transferring.Please help. Thank you.
Thank you. What about payment information? My card was still configured.Also, I think I know the answer to this but will ask anyway: if I cancelled prior to my subscription end date, is there a way to get a prorated refund for the unused days?
