My step daughter lost her phone and we can’t get into her account to report it. I know the account number and SIM card number. It will only send the eversafe code to her phone. Which she doesn’t have. Is there any other way to do this
I didn’t have to worry at the time. Things were good. I can access her account I have the password but it sends the confirmation code to her phone. So I can’t get right in the account. I already cancelled my credit card anyways
