Need annual plan with talk, text, and data! if public mobile still has no annual plans in 2025, will absolutely transfer to the annual plans with Chatr or Freedom mobile. 

Today is the renew date of my old plan. I am going to upgrade from $13 to $19 (4g) plan. Do I only need to pay for the difference? Thank you,Ada
