How do I opt in to email from public mobile? I’m not getting emailed about latest offers etc. 

This service is horrific. I’ve tried @CS_Agent. Tried chat, searching help articles etc. I keep getting booted about, getting error codes and forced to repeatedly log in and go in circles. Complete BS. All because my service has been suspended even t...
