I am on the new 5G Canada-US plan and am using it in Florida. It is working well, but I am curious why I am only getting 4G here. I am able to get 5G in Canada.

That is possible, but I have used it in different locations and all show 4G. This is not a problem, as it still works great, but I was just wondering if this is normal.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did put a 1 in front of the number. I will try opening a ticket to get this resolved.
