Hi, I have 30GB in my plan but I received an SMS notification that I've used all my data. However, I've barely used my 30GB plan. I'm not sure why I'm receiving these notifications. Is there a way to fix this?I've attached photos of what I've receive...
I'm trying to get into my account, have passed the 2FA, etc but I can't see my account overview or access anything to my account because it's undergoing maintenance for March??? It's end of July now.
