I got a text message from Public Mobile 5474 that offers me a chance to switch to a better plan and price. I am wondering from "Public Mobile 5474 text message"  is a TRUE message or not?  Since fraud messages are so popular now.  Anyone know? 

I can't receive 6-digit confirmation code. Currently I am out of Canada but I need to update my credit card info.
