Hi I purchased a plan less than 24 hours ago and I need to contact someone to get a refund, as I want to cancel it and not be charged since I haven't activated it yet and it is still being processed
Yeah. they said 'at this point in the process we cannot cancel the charge or initiate a chargeback. you have to call your bank and do it' it's been less than 24 hours so that sucks
