My plan has 50GB data.  My current usage is under 5GB, but I do not have any access to any data when I am outside the Wifi coverage.  Can anyone help me?  Thank you,Yebo Shen
I lost my phone, and have not done the set up. For now, after typing my e-mail and password, I was asked for a code which was sent only to my phone, which I lost. Need help to access my account.  Thank you.
