I just activated the account yesterday. And I've got some situation here. Phone calls doesn't work. The system said 7B1 and call customer service every time when I try to make call. Thank you

Text & data are fine.And able to receive calls. Just can't make the call.Yes, I do add 1 in front of the area code.
